Summer Concert - Yes Or No?

Please can you ALL fill out our concert response form, couples will need to fill out a form each. We are not passing around a tick sheet this year as there is more information to collate and an online form is much more useful for Jo to organise her seating plan.

We are only accepting yes or no responses this year so please only fill the form out when you know if you are available or not.

We are setting a deadline of 10th June for responses, for the small number of you who won't know your availability until after this date, please email us at admin@mytownchoir.co.uk to let us know.

Seating around 120 of you is a mammoth task for Jo so please fill out the form as soon as you can, thanks in advance 😊
